Low Sugar Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  • Beat 1 cup softened unsalted butter for 3 minutes until whipped
  • Slowly add 1 cup of powdered erythritol (according to taste), unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 Tablespoons of milk to the butter while beating until thoroughly combined and fluffy
  • For creamier frosting, add another tablespoon of milk
