Ingredients
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered erythritol
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2-3 Tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Beat 1 cup softened unsalted butter for 3 minutes until whipped
- Slowly add 1 cup of powdered erythritol (according to taste), unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 Tablespoons of milk to the butter while beating until thoroughly combined and fluffy
- For creamier frosting, add another tablespoon of milk
