Ingredients
- 1 Notta Lotta Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 (8 oz) container of Sugar-Free Cool Whip
- 1 (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
- 1 (1.5 oz) box of Jell-O Sugar-free Instant Vanilla pudding mix (just the mix)
Instructions
Bake the low-sugar cake in a 9×13″ cake pan according to the package directions. Allow the cake to cool completely. In a mixing bowl, stir the dry pudding mix, sugar-free Cool Whip, and pineapple until thoroughly combined. Spread over the chilled cake in the 9×13 pan and chill for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
