What you need:

  • Bake Notta Lotta Yellow Cake Mix according to directions – cupcakes!
  • Prepare Notta Lotta Vanilla Frosting Recipe
  • Use a spatula to frost cupcakes with white frosting
  • Cut a marshmallow in half diagonally to make the ears for each cupcake
  • Press the marshmallows halves into bunny ears and place them on top of the cupcake
  • Pipe two eyes and a nose with black icing on each cupcake
  • Press chocolate sprinkles into the icing on each side of the nose to form whiskers

Easter Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you need:

Instructions: 

  • Prepare Notta Lotta Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix according to the directions
  • Before baking, fold in 1 cup of sugar-free chocolate candy-coated pieces
  • Scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll it into balls
  • Place cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet 
  • Optional – add a few more candy-coated pieces to the top of the cookie if desired
  • Bake according to the box directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or coat lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix cookie mix, egg, and softened butter in a medium bowl until dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it into bunny, egg, chick, or other themed shapes. Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. 
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the cookies are light golden brown. Let cool on a baking sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
  • Decorate as you’d like!
